As the festival of lights, Deepavali, approaches, we invite you to join us in celebrating Kali Puja 2024—a time to honor the powerful and compassionate Goddess Kali, who symbolizes the triumph of good over evil and light over darkness.
This special evening brings us together not only to worship but also to celebrate the spirit of Deepavali, a festival that fills our homes and hearts with hope, joy, and the light of unity. Let’s come together as a community to offer our prayers, enjoy cultural performances, and embrace the festive energy of this auspicious occasion.
We hope to see you there to make this celebration truly meaningful and memorable!
Tickets: $25 (Adults), $15 (Kids 5-12 yrs.) and Free for kids under 5. Tickets to be sold at the venue. Please RSVP to help us plan better.

Durga Puja 2024
Kansas City Bengali Association (KCBA) celebrates Durga Puja 2024 with the bengali community of greater Kansas City area. Join us from Oct. 11th to Oct. 13th, 2024 and be a part of the biggest festivity in the midwest. This year’s celebrations’ will be graced by LIVE performances by FAKIRA, SAHANA BAJPAIE & SAMANTAK SINHA.

Pujo is just around the corner and we are nothing but thrilled to be planning this year’s Durga Puja celebrations. This year’s celebrations’ will be graced by LIVE performances by UJJAINI, IMAN CHAKRABORTY, DIPAYAN & SURANGANA.

Note: Attendees can use Zelle as a preferred payment method and avoid online convenience fees. Please use kcba@kcbengalis.com to transfer using Zelle. Please bring the payment confirmation to the venue for entry. Also, Kids under age 5 get free entry to this festivity. Students are required to carry Student ID card to the venue for verification.

Kansas City Bengali Association family welcomes you to our Mahalaya celebrations on 15th October, next Sunday morning 8:30 AM onwards. We will meet early morning in the park to start our day with Chandi Path, followed by “Mahisasuramardini” and a Bengali Brunch which is something one wouldn’t miss!

নতুন বাংলা বছর এসে গেছে। আসুন, সবাই মিলে একসাথে মেতে উঠি একটু আড্ডা, নাচ, গান ও গল্পে, এই শনিবার (১৫ই এপ্রিল) সন্ধ্যায়। সঙ্গে অবশ্যই থাকবে খাওয়া দাওয়া।

Mahalaya 2022
Mahalaya marks the beginning of 'Devipaksha' and the countdown to Durga Puja. Join us at Heritage Park on this auspicious day. We will be conducting Puja, Chandi Paath followed by typically bengali brunch in the park. This is a free event and everyone is welcome.
